Do we BUY cards?
In response to the ever popular question “Do you guys buy cards?”, here are some general
guidelines of what we are buying:Factory Sealed Baseball Sets (20% of book) Hand-Built or Opened Factory Baseball Sets - Mint Only, No Wax-Stained Cards, Collated (in number-order), subject to our inspection (15% of book) Factory Sealed Football Sets (15% of book) Factory Sealed Basketball Sets (15% of book) Factory Sealed Hockey Sets (15% of book) Factory Sealed Boxes of Sports Cards Packs (from major manufacturers) Factory Sealed Boxes of Magic the Gathering (and other major CCG’s) Better Mint Condition Rookie Cards of Certain Active Players (examples, but not limited to Prior, A-Rod, Jeter, Clemens, etc. at 10% of book) Certain Single Cards to Finish Sets We are Working On (we keep a list on the website at: http://www.cardscomicscoins.com./msg9.htm this list is of course subject to change at any time) Buyouts on case/box lots of supplies - binders, pages, top-load holders, etc. Certain other things when the mood hits me and the price is right (i.e.- bulk buyouts on mint jersey/bat/memorabilia cards or mint condition rare (in demand) Magic cards at 5% to 10% of book) As always, we continue to look at vintage material (nice conditon, pre-1951) |
